This is the float chamber float for all cars from 1963 to 1977. It is 1.5" in diameter because RR started to fit a smaller diameter float to the Series 3 Silver Cloud and Bentley S Types to give more volume of fuel in the float chamber to prevent low fuel level under hard acceleration or heavy uphill conditions.
