CONDENSER (CD5470P)

This is the condenser that is fitted on cars with single point distributors.In recent years Bentley and most other manufacturers have been supplying a poor quality Chinese manufactured condenser that is not fit for purpose and breaks down very easily.The condenser we supply (although twice the price as the one from Bentley) has been made correctly and will work!It is a suitable replacement for CD3049P (condenser for the twin point Lucas ignition system) but you will need to modify your wiring. However, once you have modified the wiring the condenser will work!At time of writing (June 2013) correctly manufactured CD3049 condensers are in production.
