This is the 9.25 to 1 compression ratio piston and rings suitable for the 6.25 litre engine cars (before VIN 8742) (8:1 compression ration engines were fitted with piston UE33157) These pistons are graded to match the liner they sit in, if you are not intending to change your liner then you will need to check the grade of piston that you require, this particular one is S grade which is the same as H and J grade.
