REAR HUB OIL SEAL (UR70222P)

In 1986 (from VIN 15800 approximately) the last of the carburetter engined models had the rear hub grease seal modified to a PTFE lip seal. This is also now supplied as a modification to all of the earlier models from 1966 onwards.The modification involves fitting a new seal UR70222 along with a retainer UR70221. The original shields (UG12260 and UG12261) and grease retainers (UG12012 and UG12013) are discarded and replaced with UR70221 and UR70222.FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
