REAR ROAD SPRING (Before VIN 6970) (RH13390U)

This is the rear road spring for all models before VIN 6970.Height - 450mm approxWidth - 125mm approx. The photo of this part is for reference only and may look different to the part you receive. If you have any concerns, please contact our sales team.The rear road spring is removed using tool RH9299. The tool threads into top spring cup UR71196.It is very common for this cup to be badly corroded. This means it is possible for the cup to collapse once the tool has been threaded into it allowing the spring to work free. This is potentially very dangerous so we strongly recommend that once the tool is in place that you also use a pair of standard spring compressors on the outside of the spring to act as a fail-safe.
