On Left Hand Drive cars from 1977 to 1986 (except Turbo cars) this pipe runs out of the steering rack pinion forwards. It has a rubber hose attached (UR27331) which then joins to another steel pipe which runs up to the power steering oil cooler. This pipe is very prone to corrosion.
