STEERING RACK REBUILD KIT (Models prior to 1983 with a circlip pinion housing) (RACKKIT-3)

This is a complete kit to overhaul a steering rack. The original steering rack for Silver Shadow II and T2 models used a circlip in the top of the pinion to retain the seals (see diagram below). This kit contains the parts to reseal this style of rack. Later styles of rack (which are still suitable for these models) had a steering rack on which the top of the pinion was peened over. If you have a later style of steering rack please order RACKKIT.
