The 4A1 four barrel Solex carburetter was fitted to Corniche models from 1975 to 1982. The carburetter has a tendency to warp leading to flat spots and poor running.A conversion that we often supply is a kit of parts from a Silver Shadow II or early Silver Spirit which contains the standard SU carburetters and all related parts to replace the original Solex carburation system.Suitable for RHD cars only.Feel free to contact us should you require any further information regarding this modification.
