This is the exhaust valve guide, they come pre-reamed. The drawn dimension of the internal diameter is 0.373 + 0.0005". The valve guides must be finish reamed to this diameter after pressing into the cylinder head. This is important because the guide will collapse slightly when it is pressed into the head.
